Bayville

Christopher DaSilva, PT, DPT, CSCS

Christopher was born in Newark, but was raised in Clark, NJ. Chris is a graduate of Kean University in 2014, where he attained a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Biology. After graduating Kean University, Chris was accepted at Dominican College of Blauvelt in Orangeburg, NY, where he attained his Doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2017. Chris plans receiving different certifications in the future, becoming certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), certified in dealing with post-concussion patients and return to play protocols, and possibly becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). Away from work, Chris is an avid sports fanatic that follows soccer, football, motocross, hockey, baseball, basketball, and golf. Chris has played soccer his whole life and coached a high-level travel team based out of Elizabeth for two years. Chris can speak Portuguese and Spanish fluently. Chris is a compassionate and extremely determined individual who portrays a strong passion for the field of physical therapy and providing the best care for his patients.

Bridgewater

Stephanie Ulrichny, PT, DPT

Stephanie earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University in 2016 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at DeSales University in 2020. She started out as a rehab tech in the ProCare Bridgewater office in 2015. Stephanie enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses and plans on beginning her coursework toward attaining her McKenzie certification.

Daniel Pfau, DPT

Daniel, a former student at Hunterdon Central Regional High School, earned his Bachelors in Exercise Science from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C in 2008. While completing his undergraduate degree he was drafted in the 27th round of the 2006 Amateur Baseball Draft by the Washington Nationals and played at their single-A level for two years as a Pitcher. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 from Drexel University. He is currently in the process of obtaining his certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine and enjoys treating patients of all types and ages.

Erica Girvan, PT, DPT

Erica earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University in 2015 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at American International College in 2020. She has been with the Procare Bridgewater office since 2015 as a rehab tech. Erica enjoys treating patients of all ages with different orthopedic/neurological conditions and is looking forward to beginning the process of becoming McKenzie Certified. When not at ProCare, Erica enjoys staying active outside, playing with her puppy, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.

Clark

Stephanie Gay, PT, DPT

Stephanie knew her profession was going to be a physical therapist since her sophomore year of high school. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts in General Biology in 2019 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022 from Kean University. She knows first-hand how physical therapy can change lives by rehabilitating her knee after tearing her ACL and both menisci. Her goals at ProCare are to become a McKenzie Certified clinician and complete coursework in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation. Stephanie enjoys anything that gets her outside, playing soccer, and going to concerts.

Ashley Santoni, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Ashley has been a Physical Therapist since August of 2014. She graduated from Rutgers University (formerly UMDNJ) with her doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. She is currently pursuing a certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Ashley began her employment at ProCare in 2009 when she worked as a rehab tech during her undergraduate studies, then as front desk personnel while in graduate school. She currently coordinates all potential students/volunteers who are interested in pursuing PT. Away from ProCare Ashley enjoys working out, shopping and hanging out with Jasmine, her puppy.

Dean Kapetanakis, MSPT, Cert. MDT

Dean has a master’s degree in Physical Therapy with certifications from the McKenzie Institute for Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of spinal and peripheral injuries as well as from the American Physical Therapy Association for clinical instruction. Dean has trained at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute, St. Vincent’s hospital, Lutheran hospital, Staten Island University Hospital, and the NYC public school system. He has over eighteen years of experience with orthopedic, sports, and neurologic injuries including vestibular and balance rehabilitation. Dean also lectures regularly at the College of Staten Island in their advanced topics course for graduate physical therapy students. Dean started ProCare Rehabilitation, LLC in Clark NJ over 10 years ago. Since then ProCare has been involved in multiple community activities and charities including, but not limited to, ALJ & Colonia HS sports programs, Linden, Rahway & Clark Fire Departments, Fish Hospitality, Cranford Family Cares, Toys For Tots, Raphael’s Life House, Cranford Jaycees, Cranford Baseball & Softball League, St. Michael’s Wounded Warrior project and numerous charitable 5K events. Dean resides in Cranford NJ with his family.

Elysha Bembury, PT, DPT

Elysha obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers School of Biomedical and Health Sciences. While at Rutgers, she served as a board member of Synergy, which is a subset of a pro bono community clinic for individuals who are post-stroke. Additionally, she received the opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic with “Physical Therapy Beyond Boundaries” to provide pro bono treatment to local communities. Elysha completed clinical rotations at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ (Acute Care PT), Hackensack Meridian Health in Point Pleasant, NJ (Outpatient/Vestibular PT), Concentra Urgent Care in Jersey City, NJ (Outpatient/Industrial PT), and at our very own ProCare Rehabilitation in Clark, NJ. Elysha is currently pursuing her certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy to further enhance orthopedic knowledge and skills. She has been involved in Jiu-Jitsu Martial Arts over 15 years and is currently a black belt instructor at Menlo Park Elementary School in Edison, NJ for grades K through 5. Outside of ProCare Elysha loves playing the viola and guitar, traveling, teaching karate, and spending time with family and friends!

Clinton

Haley Jacobs, PT, DPT

Haley attended DeSales University where she competed in Division III soccer and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Physiology with minors in Biology and Biomechanics in 2019. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University in 2022. While in PT school, Haley completed a clinical experience at ProCare Rehabilitation in Clinton and returned as a licensed physical therapist. Haley enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses to achieve their goals. In her free time, Haley enjoys playing sports, weight training, and hiking with her dogs.

Brian Reid, PT, DPT

Brian completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2019 at Stockton University. While there, he earned early admission into Stockton’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and graduated with his doctorate in 2021. Brian decided to become a Physical Therapist after being treated for an injury received from ice hockey. He likes working with people of all ages and enjoys treating sports and general orthopedic injuries. Brian is currently living in Bridgewater. He enjoys playing all sports, biking, and spending time with his friends and family.

Erin Centolanza, PT, DPT, Cert MDT

Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Kentucky in 2011. She became interested in the world of physical therapy following being a patient herself after a horseback riding fall when she was younger. While she still bleeds Kentucky blue, particularly around basketball tournament time, Erin went on to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University, completing her doctoral degree in 2015. Erin enjoys treating patients of all ages/diagnoses and has attained her McKenzie Certification. Erin resides in Hunterdon County with her husband, Morgan. She enjoys being active outdoors, horseback riding and playing with their dog, Clifford.

Mitch Anhorn, PT, DPT

Mitch attended undergraduate school at Rowan University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Health Promotion and Wellness Management in 2017. Seeing his dad struggle with various injuries and his own experience as a young athlete sparked his interest in physical therapy. Driven by those experiences, Mitch graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Mitch is interested in pursuing McKenzie certification and OCS. In his down time, he is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys baseball, football, and traveling.

Colts Neck

Glen Smyth, MSPT, Cert. MDT

Glen graduated Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 1995 and New York Medical College with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1999. He has been the director of the Colts Neck office since 2005 and has taken extensive post graduate manual therapy courses in the field of outpatient orthopedics. Glen lives in Oakhurst with his wife and two sons. He enjoys coaching youth sports, skiing, mountain biking and yoga.

Michael Gentile, PT, DPT, ATC

Michael graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2016. While at Towson, Michael worked with Towson’s D1 athletic programs covering sports such as football, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, softball, tennis, golf, track and field, field hockey and swimming/diving. Michael also worked with the sports teams at Boys’ Latin School of Maryland. Afterwards, Michael went to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rutgers University in 2021. Michael enjoys combining his knowledge and experience as an Athletic Trainer to treat athletes of all ages.

East Brunswick

Sefania Desinor, PT, DPT

Sefania is native to Hamilton, NJ and has always had a passion for maintaining physical health. She graduated from Montclair State University in 2016 with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. Prior to attending graduate school, she worked as a Rehab Technician for 3 years. She then went on to study Physical Therapy at The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. Sefania enjoys working with all populations and is interested in working towards certifications in MDT, NCS and VRC.

Jared Lang, PT, DPT, CSCS

Jared is a local to Flemington and former All-American swimmer at Hunterdon Central Regional High School. Being a patient himself at ProCare during those years, Jared became interested in making physical therapy his career. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Jared then went on to work as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for clients ranging from seven years old to D1 college athletes. Jared graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University in 2018 as a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and was awarded the “Academic Excellence Award”. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and looks forward to beginning the process of becoming McKenzie certified.

Christina White, PT, DPT

Christina has had a passion for movement since her early childhood when she first began dance classes at a local Hunterdon County studio. After continuing to dance and play multiple sports, including soccer and baseball, while growing up, she continued her love of movement by completing dual degrees from the University of Buffalo: a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2018. During her time off from school, she volunteered at ProCare Flemington. Christina then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020 and joined the ProCare team as a therapist shortly after. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, especially dancers and athletes.

Forrest Terpe, PT, DPT

Forrest grew up in Hunterdon County and is a Hunterdon Central graduate. While at Hunterdon Central he played lacrosse and continued his athletic career at Kean University, where he competed in Division III lacrosse and completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology. Forrest then pursued his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of Scranton, graduating from the program in 2022. Forrest was a clinical education student at Procare and has returned as a licensed physical therapist. Forrest enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses. Forrest also enjoys being outdoors and his hobbies include golfing, fishing, hiking, and snowboarding.

Michael Snellen, PT, DPT

Michael grew up in Hunterdon County and graduated from Voorhees High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2019 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022 from Kean University. Michael has been an athlete all his life playing basketball, lacrosse, soccer, and golf. He played four years of college lacrosse during undergrad and was the Assistant Coach for the Men’s Lacrosse team during graduate school. Michael’s goal at ProCare is to become a McKenzie-Certified clinician. He enjoys treating patients of all ages. Michael enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, and coaching.

Steven Parente, PT, Cert. MDT

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 1995. Steve founded ProCare in 1998, bringing the area a new treatment philosophy of a Mechanical/Manual approach. He holds the distinction of being the first Physical Therapist in Hunterdon County to be certified by the McKenzie Institute. An enthusiastic tennis player and golfer, Steve enjoys treating patients of all ages. Steven lives in Hunterdon County with his wife Ida and their four children, Dominic, Jack, Charlie and Lila.

Brian Lehrer, MSPT, Cert. MDT

Brian earned his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1996 from Long Island University. From 1998 to 2000 he was an adjunct professor at Hunter College. He went on to complete a certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine from the McKenzie Institute. Brian is now a competitive triathlete, three-time Ironman, and runner at all distances.

Alissa Lanahan, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Alissa always knew that her occupation would be in healthcare and physical therapy was the perfect fit. Alissa received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Delaware in 2010. She pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Drexel University, completing her degree in 2013. Alissa is a Certified McKenzie MDT Clinician. She has completed coursework in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Riding. She enjoys treating patients of all ages with special interests in pediatrics/early intervention and vestibular rehabilitation. Alissa enjoys running, horseback riding and martial arts. She lives in Bucks County with her husband, Rich and dog, Jackson.

Ryan Justice, PT, DPT

Ryan is a Ringoes native and a Hunterdon Central graduate. He always had a passion for sports growing up, but unlike most PT’s he never got injured and went to PT himself! 
He completed his undergraduate degree in 2016 at Coastal Carolina University where he studied Exercise and Sports Science and played club baseball. During his off time from school, Ryan was a volunteer and eventually an Aide at ProCare. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University in 2020 and returned back to ProCare to work as a therapist. Ryan loves anything that gets him outdoors and enjoys exercising in his free time.

Kimberlee Gunning, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Kimberlee decided that she wanted to become a Physical Therapist after a running injury in high school that was healed through physical therapy treatment. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology from Rutgers University in 2011. Kimberlee then pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rutgers University Newark, graduating from her program in 2014. Kimberlee is a Certified McKenzie MDT Clinician and has taken courses in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation as well. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and loves working with athletes and those with special needs. Kimberlee enjoys running, snowboarding, and attending Rutgers football games.

Eric Beck, MPT, Cert. MDT

Eric earned his Bachelor’s in Health Science in 1996 and his Master’s in Physical Therapy in 1997, both from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. He went on to complete a certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine. A lacrosse player at the University of Scranton and now an avid runner and triathlete, Eric enjoys treating athletes of all ages. Eric lives in Hunterdon County with his wife Lauren and their children, Brady, Delaney and Liam.

Chris graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2013. He went on to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University, completing his degree in 2017. Green Brook

Stephen Alberalla, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Stephen earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University in 2010 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2017. He is a certified McKenzie MDT clinician and has also completed coursework in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Stephen enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses. Stephen is an avid runner and triathlete, in hopes of completing his first Ironman.

Susan Slater, MPT, OCS

Susan has 32 years of clinic experience with the past 30 years in the out-patient orthopedic clinic setting and the past 22 years in private practice in Bound Brook. She joined the ProCare Team in 2022. She is highly educated with her BS from Rutgers University and a Master's of Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. She continues to improve her skills with regular course work and additional certifications. Susan is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT), Certified Dry Needling, and Certified in Personalized Blood Flow Restriction through Owen Recovery Sciences.

Hazlet

Brittany Pensabene, PT, DPT

Brittany grew up in Manalapan, NJ. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers University in 2017 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2021. Brittany enjoys working with a wide range of patients, including patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Brittany plans on receiving advanced certifications in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s, and vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation. In her free time Brittany enjoys running, snowboarding, hiking, and cooking.

Charlene Noto, PTA

Charlene has been a treating PTA at ProCare for over 20 years. Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Charlene ventured to New Jersey to pursue higher education and now resides in Hazlet, New Jersey. With a background in collegiate level sports at Kean University, Charlene has aided in the rehabilitation of a number of local athletes as well as weekend warriors. Charlene’s treating specialties at ProCare in post-operative care and differential diagnosis have culminated in her appointment to Clinical Director of the Hazlet Office.

Peter Morro, PT

Peter was born on Staten Island, N.Y. and attended Daemen College where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. He has completed extensive post graduate studies in spinal work. During his 19 years of practice, Peter has treated a wide variety of patients, ranging from competitive athletes to those seeking to return to normal function. For the past 16 years, Peter has been a partner of ProCare Rehabilitation, establishing practices in Hazlet and Colts Neck, NJ. ProCare Rehabilitation has become a staple in the local community as a result of Peter’s reputation. Additionally, patient referrals and local doctors have been key to the success of our practice. ProCare also supports several athletic events in the community. Peter is married with children and resides in Monmouth County. He is a coach, avid golfer and recreational athlete.

Christine Manley, PT, DPT, CSCS

Christine grew up in Holmdel and graduated from Holmdel High School. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and from Drexel University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Due to Christine’s interest in working with athletes, she became certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is also trained in Vestibular Rehabilitation and McKenzie Technique to treat spine-related injuries. In her free time, Christine likes to stay active by running, strength training, playing tennis, skiing, golfing, and hiking.

Robert Auletti, PT, DPT

Robert was raised in Deer Park, NY. He became a graduate of Drew University in 2015, where he played baseball and received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Biology. Upon completion, Rob attended Touro College School of Health Sciences in Bay Shore, NY where he obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. He plans on earning many advanced certifications, such as becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and earning a certification from Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).

Hillsborough

Brian Dougherty, PT, DPT

Brian earned his undergraduate degree in health sciences from Drexel University in 2013 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University in 2016. Brian is working towards becoming a McKenzie-certified clinician. He enjoys treating athletes, veterans, and patients of all ages. Brian is an avid golfer, and enjoys basketball and fishing.

Howell

Nicole Pallante, PT, DPT, CSCS

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Behavioral Neuroscience in 2019 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2022 from Stockton University. She has experience in both outpatient and acute care settings treating patients of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds, and has special interest in treating orthopedic and sports injuries. She has a strong emphasis on therapeutic exercise-focused treatment due to her background as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and sports performance coach, and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in 2021. She plans on becoming certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) via the McKenzie Institute USA and in the treatment of concussions. Nicole was goalkeeper and captain of the women’s soccer team at Stockton and now enjoys playing in adult soccer leagues when she can, strength training, and training for marathons. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching youth soccer at Twin County Soccer Association, reading, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.

Michael Messina, PT, DPT

Mike grew up in Middletown, NJ and is a 2019 graduate from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Stockton University. His clinical experience includes acute care and outpatient settings with orthopedic and neurological caseloads. Mike has worked with a wide variety of diagnoses and looks to tailor treatment plans to suit patients’ individual needs to achieve their goals. Mike has his certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation. In the future, Mike plans on pursuing further education and certification in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Mike is excited to be a part of the ProCare team and about getting patients back to the activities they love.

Steve Friedeman, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, CSCS

Steve received his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University’s Sargent College of Allied Health Professions in 1995 & 1997, respectively. After several years of practice, he furthered his education and obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2005. He has received the prestigious Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine and Extremities by the McKenzie Institute. He is a Credentialed Clinical Education Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. Steve has advanced certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Youth Sports Coach from the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA). Dr. Friedeman also has been a:

In his spare time, Steve spends time with his wife and children, is an avid softball player, plays golf, and works out. He has coached youth sports, including baseball, basketball, soccer and football.

Kaitlin Gardner, PT, DPT

Katie completed her Bachelor’s in Health Science in 2018 at Stockton University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA in 2022. She has extensive experience with working with the military and their families, patients with neurological conditions in the acute care setting, and strength and conditioning via her personal training background. Her professional interests include working with a variety of orthopedic/sports medicine patient populations of all ages with a special interest in strength and conditioning. She is pursuing specialty certifications in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) via the McKenzie Institute USA and Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) via the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Katie hails locally from Point Pleasant, NJ and enjoys workouts at the gym, spending time with her family, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Marlboro

Justin Burgess, PT, DPT

Justin was born and raised in Manalapan, New Jersey. In 2019, he graduated from the University of Delaware with his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. He continued his studies at the University of Delaware and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. Justin plans on continuing his studies and becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and aims to become a Sports Certified Specialist (SCS). Justin enjoys working with a variety of patients, especially high school/college athletes and post-operative care patients. In Justin's free time, he enjoys strength training, baseball, soccer, and football as well as playing with his dogs.

Rachel Cordasco, PT, DPT

Rachel grew up in East Brunswick, NJ. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology in 2015 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy 2018 from Misericordia University in Dallas, PA. Rachel is comfortable treating all ages and diagnoses ranging from orthopedic injuries to vertigo and vestibular therapy. Rachel is currently completing coursework in McKenzie Treatment Techniques of the spine and is attaining her strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) certification. She has a special interest in Women's Health PhysicalTtherapy and is also working towards further pelvic floor training through the Herman and Wallace Institute. In her free time Rachel enjoys running, strength training, yoga and reading.

Michael Schwartz, PT, DPT, MSPT

Michael was born in Marlboro, NJ. He graduated from Ithaca College with a Masters Degree and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Michael has treated athletes of every level and has trained in McKenzie, Mulligan and McConnell Techniques, as well as others. Michael has been involved in the Physical Therapy Field since he was a teenager. Michael is an avid golfer and recreational athlete.

Middletown

Nicole Mickendrow, PT, DPT

Nicole grew up in Jackson, NJ and graduated from Jackson Liberty High School. She obtained her Bachelor's in Health and Exercise Science in 2018 from Rowan University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA in 2023. She has experience in both acute care and outpatient settings treating patients of all ages, cultures, backgrounds, and has a special interest in treating orthopedic and sports injuries. She plans on becoming certified in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and obtain a certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation.

Nicole was a competitive athlete from a young age playing soccer and lacrosse. She continued her lacrosse career at Rowan University where she was a midfielder and captain of the team. She now enjoys training for half marathons, outdoor activities, and visiting the beach.

Vincent Signoriello, PT, DPT

Vincent grew up in Manalapan and graduated from Manalapan High School. He attended The University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, a Bachelor of Exercise Science, and a Concentration in Nutrition. He was a competitive wrestler since he was young and continued wrestling at the college level for The University of Scranton. He also coached the youth wrestling team for his town for several years. Throughout his schooling Vincent has worked in many different physical therapy settings including acute care, sub-acute care, and outpatient orthopedic rotations. He is trained in various techniques and treatments, including The Mckenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Vincent completed his final clinical rotation during school at ProCare Rehabilitation in Clark. He then went on to work five years at ProCare Rehabilitation in Hazlet. Now Vincent is the Clinical Director of ProCare in Middletown, NJ.

Summit

Nicole Hofmann, PT, DPT

Nicole is a 2015 graduate from Widener University's 6-year Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. While in school, Nicole completed clinical rotations at Rehab Connection in Barrington, NJ, The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and at our own ProCare Rehabilitation in Clark NJ. She is a Graston Technique Preferred Provider and is currently pursuing a certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Nicole has always been a competitive athlete and started her career locally at Arthur L. Johnson High School and continued as captain of her field hockey team at the collegiate level. She is also passionate about community service and while in school dedicated her time serving in both an administrative role and student clinician, providing pro-bono services to the uninsured and impoverished of the Chester Community.

Westfield

Michael Palmadessa, PT, DPT

Michael earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY in 2018. He completed clinical affiliations at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, NJ; Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel, NJ; Langone Hospital in Brooklyn, NY; and Concentra Urgent Care in Secaucus, NJ. While in PT school, Michael presented his research poster at the Combined Sections Meeting in New Orleans, LA. Michael has played football and baseball competitively through his high school career. Nowadays, he stays in touch with sports being a baseball and softball umpire since he was 18 years old. Michael is involved with his community being the Umpire-in-Chief for Kenilworth Little League. When he’s not treating patients, Michael enjoys being with his girlfriend, going to the gym, going to the beach, and watching sports.
