Nicole Fortunato, PT, DPT

Nicole attended Ithaca College as a part of their physical therapy program. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Clinical Health Studies with a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2023, and later received her Doctorate of Physical therapy from Ithaca College in 2025. Nicole also played field hockey at Ithaca College at the Division III level, and first became introduced to physical therapy through a field hockey injury. Nicole is passionate about providing personal and evidence based care to all of her patients and is interested in all populations. She is eager to continue her education all throughout her career and is pursuing McKenzie certification. In her free time Nicole enjoys reading, playing field hockey, and enjoying time with friends and family.

Erin Centolanza, PT, DPT, Cert MDT

Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Kentucky in 2011. She became interested in the world of physical therapy following being a patient herself after a horseback riding fall when she was younger. While she still bleeds Kentucky blue, particularly around basketball tournament time, Erin went on to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University, completing her doctoral degree in 2015. Erin enjoys treating patients of all ages/diagnoses and has attained her McKenzie Certification. Erin resides in Hunterdon County with her husband, Morgan. She enjoys being active outdoors, horseback riding and playing with their dog, Clifford.

Ryan Romaine, PT, DPT

Ryan grew up in Hunterdon County and graduated from Delaware Valley High School in 2016 where he played football and lacrosse. He continued his lacrosse career at Misericordia University where he graduated in 2019 with a business degree. Ryan then pursued his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Misericordia University graduating in 2022. Ryan enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses.

Ryan also enjoys outdoor activities like golfing, basketball, and snowboarding in his free time.
