Christine Manley, PT, DPT, CSCS

Christine grew up in Holmdel and graduated from Holmdel High School. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and from Drexel University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Due to Christine’s interest in working with athletes, she became certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is also trained in Vestibular Rehabilitation and McKenzie Technique to treat spine-related injuries.

In her free time, Christine likes to stay active by running, strength training, playing tennis, skiing, golfing, and hiking.

Peter Morro, PT

Peter was born on Staten Island, N.Y. and attended Daemen College where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. He has completed extensive post graduate studies in spinal work. During his 19 years of practice, Peter has treated a wide variety of patients, ranging from competitive athletes to those seeking to return to normal function. For the past 16 years, Peter has been a partner of ProCare Rehabilitation, establishing practices in Hazlet and Colts Neck, NJ. ProCare Rehabilitation has become a staple in the local community as a result of Peter’s reputation. Additionally, patient referrals and local doctors have been key to the success of our practice. ProCare also supports several athletic events in the community.

Peter is married with children and resides in Monmouth County. He is a coach, avid golfer and recreational athlete.

Charlene Noto, PTA

Charlene was born and raised in Staten Island, N.Y., but ventured to New Jersey for higher education, and now resides in Freehold, NJ. She received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Kean University and moved onto Union County College to attain a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. On her last clinical internship, she worked alongside Peter Morro, PT in an outpatient physical therapy facility with a focus in orthopedics and sports medicine. After graduating with honors, Charlene was offered a position at Pro Care Rehabilitation. She has excelled in the Hazlet facility, where her background of collegiate level sports and experience has aided in the rehabilitation of a number of local athletes of all levels as well as weekend warriors.

Christina Rodriguez, PTA

Christina, aka CJ, was born in Manhattan, NY but raised in Colonia, NJ. She started with ProCare working as an aide at the Clark office for 4 years, where she gained her first glimpse at a wide range of orthopedic injuries. She attended Kean University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and later attended Union County College in Plainfield, NJ where she graduated with honors from their Physical Therapist Assistant Program. During her time at Union County College she completed her clinical affiliations at both an outpatient and inpatient setting as well as one in Pediatrics. As a student, she was offered a volunteer opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic where she was able to provide Physical Therapy services within a rural setting, participate in home-care visits. There she used her second language of Spanish to translate and teach patients the importance of body mechanics, postural awareness, and how to perform exercises using basic household items, when traditional equipment was unavailable to them.

In her free time, CJ enjoys running, strength training, yoga, and collecting stamps in her passport.

Vincent Signoriello, PT, DPT

Vincent grew up in Manalapan and graduated from Manalapan High School. He attended The University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, a Bachelor of Exercise Science, and a Concentration in Nutrition. Throughout his schooling Vincent has worked in many different physical therapy settings including acute care, sub acute care, and outpatient orthopedic rotations. He completed his final clinical rotation at ProCare Rehabilitation in Clark, NJ.

Vincent was a competitive wrestler since he was young and continued wrestling at the college level for The University of Scranton. He now coaches the youth wrestling team for his town.
